Who we are

Working with lending experts and lawyers, CLH London and Catalyst Collective developed Collective Ownership as a professionally run freeholder to address the issues we have encountered from our experience in the Community Led Housing sector, specifically in terms of access to more diverse and flexible forms of capital; and ensuring that individual schemes in a good financial position contribute to financing newer ones.
