Gauthier Guerin, Director at Catalyst Collective, expert in community housing financing and investment, society legislation, accounting and tax regimes.

Jon Lee, consultant at Wrigley’s Solicitors, formerly Ecology Building Society.

Levent Kerimol, Community Led Homes director at CDS Co-operatives, and formerly at the Greater London Authority Regeneration team, with a background in design, planning, and real estate.

Nnenna Urum-Eke, Chair of Elevation Mutual Housing Co-operative, and Local Authority Housing & Regeneration Officer.

Vivian Woodell, CEO of The Phone Co-op Foundation for Co-operative Innovation, vice president of Mid-Counties Co-op and Co-operatives Europe

Key Partners

CDS Co-operatives is a Housing Association managing around 3000 properties across London and the South East, with a mission of supporting and establishing housing co-ops. CDS can provide operational and housing management expertise.
 
Community Assets for Society and Housing (CASH) is a volunteer run Community Benefit Society founded by people living and working in co-ops, who want to create more co-operative spaces. CASH works new and established co-ops, supporting them with their visions both individually and collectively, and can raise Community Shares to support the Collective Ownership Society.
