Gauthier Guerin, Director at Catalyst Collective, expert in community housing financing and investment, society legislation, accounting and tax regimes.

Jon Lee, consultant at Wrigley’s Solicitors, formerly Ecology Building Society.

Levent Kerimol, Director at Community Led Housing London, and formerly Greater London Authority Regeneration team, with a background in design, planning, and real estate.

Nnenna Urum-Eke, Director at Elevation Mutual Housing Co-operative, and Local Authority Housing & Regeneration Officer.

Vivian Woodell, CEO of The Phone Co-op Foundation for Co-operative Innovation, vice president of Mid-Counties Co-op and Co-operatives Europe

Key Partners

CDS Co-operatives is a Housing Association managing around 3000 properties across London and the South East, with a mission of supporting and establishing housing co-ops. CDS can provide operational and housing management expertise.
 
Community Assets for Society and Housing (CASH) is a grassroots organisation, mostly drawn from existing housing co-op residents, who want to address the housing crisis. CASH deliver co-op training programs and can raise Community Shares which can support the Collective Ownership Society.
